Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was a performer in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables received her degree with honors in the class of 2004 from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She is a graduate of the BA degree in Communication and Theater. Upon her move into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theater, acting and choreographing more than two dozen productions. The most notable of these was The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly began to land film and television roles as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. Her voice is distinctive, and her petite stature lets her perform a range of roles. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a character on a regular Series on TV Land's The Exes which she was a party-hopper and paralegal during the day. In addition, Kelly played the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She sang in soprano for various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Recently, she appeared as the lovable, dim-witted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's famous comedy Superstore. Her private life is one that's quite quiet with her two sons under the age of five. She enjoys sewing and writes and is a volunteer in various school activities.
